Here at VCC we believe that some form of daily devotion should be a regular part of your day. This is different than though prayers throughout the day. Devotions could last anywhere from five minutes to an hour or so and should involve prayer and reading, especially the Bible.  Every Christian should make it a priority to read thought the entire Bible at least once. 

Why recreate the wheel?  In our efforts to do “green” we are no longer publishing our own bible reading schedule but referring you to multiple web sites that have great reading plans.  Biblegateway.com had several reading schedules available via a daily email or iCal calendars events.  Youversion.com also has multiple reading schedules that are customizable.  They offer mobile applications for your iPhone, Blackberry, Android or you can subscribe to an rss feed.  If you are not into reading you can listen to your daily reading on this site.  Either site will allow you to print a schedule to follow also.  Our recommendation is to try a three year bible reading plan.  This can be done through YouVersion by customizing the date range.
