The mission of the VCC Free Computer Clinic is to share the love of Jesus Christ in a practical and meaningful way by providing free computer consulting to individuals that are in need.  Every person will be treated with the utmost love and respect and will be offered an opportunity for prayer. 

No appointments are necessary, just come in on the first Wednesday of each month. We offer a maximum of one hour free consultation or repair.  If it is determined your need is greater, we may not be able to fully resolve your computer problem. The clinic is open from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Clients are taken in the order that they arrive.  The owner, or legal guardian of owner, must be present for us to work on their computer and able to sign a liability waiver. There is no limit to how many times a person can come during the year.  We service both Apple and PCs.  So if you are having internet problems, want to install new software, set up virus protection or just having technical issues, please come on in so we can help.  We can try to help with printer problems, if you bring in the printer, but we do not refill ink cartridges.  And if you’re just wanting to get a new PC, we can give you advise on specs, price limits for your needs and where to purchase.

What to bring with you:

-Desktop: Bring computer.  We will provide keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
-Laptop: just bring it and the power adapter.
-Bring original software media, license keys and any hardware drivers. (disks)

What we can do

We can try to help with printer problems, if you bring in the printer.  We do not refill ink cartridges.

We will attempt to help with email or internet problems, but since this is very complicated we will have to see it to decide.

We can install new programs but you must bring the legal copy of the software or certificate of authenticity.

We can service MACs and PCs.

We do not have any hardware or parts for sale, but we can attempt to install hardware you provide.

We will not work with pirated software.

We do not dispose of any equipment.
